Our return policy is only applicable for 30 days for US residents and 45 days for international residents. If that amount of time has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of items are unable to be returned. Perishable items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or contain flammable liquids or gases.

To obtain a refund, you must contact our customer service with your order number, email and reason for requesting a refund. You are then responsible for shipping the item to us. Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it has been approved for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you were approved for a refund and have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account for your refund.
- Contact your credit card company, the refund may be being processed.
- Contact your bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us through customer service and we will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds on sale items. All sale items are final sale.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on our behalf. All exchanges will be for the exact same item. To initiate a refund, please contact us through customer service and we will be happy to assist you.
If you received an item as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If you purchased an item as a gift and had the order shipped to your address to give to someone at a later date, we will send a refund (if approved) to the original buyer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will only be refunded the cost of your item.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest that you use a shipping service with a tracking number or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will only honor returns that are sent to the address provided to you when your return ticket was opened.
